Workshop 3: Running an efficient kitchen - Working with others in the module team
This workshop explores in more depth academic leadership and skills needed as leader of a module team and part of a course team. As a module leader you will be working with a range of colleagues including possibly several seminar leaders, PTVLs, personal tutors and the course leader. There may be differing levels of experience and differing views of module content or areas that need to be improved. This workshop will help you further develop key skills in working with others and developing your own leadership style and strengths.
